McMILLAN -- Laura M. Oestreich, 84, of M358B Highway 97 North died at 3:17 a.m. Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital, where she had been admitted Oct. 3.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, town of McMillan, with the Rev. Jon Tesch officiating. Karen Peek will be the organist for congregational singing and a duet will be performed by the Rev. and Mrs. Jon Tesch. Burial will be in Hillside Lutheran Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Don and Ricky Derfus, Ronald and Russell Anderson, the Rev. David Aderman and Richard Treankler.

Visitation will be at the church from noon until service time Tuesday.

Hansen Funeral Home, Marshfield, is in charge of arrangements.

She was born Dec. 27, 1907, in the town of McMillan, to the late Henry and Bertha (Luchterhand) Hahn. She attended Riverside School in the town of McMillan and St. Peter's Parochial School. She was married to Theodore Oestreich, and he died Jan. 26, 1944.

After her education, she worked for Weyerhaeuser Co. until her retirement at age 65. She was employed in the door finishing department. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include one brother, Adolph Hahn of Marshfield; one sister, Viola Knaak of Beloit; and five grandchildren.

She was also predeceased by two infant sons; one other son, Edward, who died Sept. 19, 1983; three brothers; and one sister.

Memorials may be designated to the family, as they will establish a memorial at a later date.
