It's true that we never really appreciate the presence of someone until they are no longer with us. Such is the case with you my friend. After you were gone, I have come to realize what a terrific person you were. So funny and witty and a larger than life presence at any affair. But the one attribute that incapsulates you the most is your heart. Yes, so thoughtful and so giving were you, someone who himself had very little, but whatever you had, including the proverbial shirt off your back, you were willing to give. A huge void still remains, a void that no one else has been or ever will be able to fill. I wish I spent much more time with you, for my life would have been so much more blest if I had. I miss you so much Ricky.
