The 1880 census does not have a record for Albertina Allen. However, it does seem to have her listed, but as Mary E. Allen. The other information seems too coincidental for it not to be her. On page 20 of the District 169, Coventry, Summit County, Ohio census, starting with line 1 the following entries can be found:

All of them were born in Ohio. Cora would have been short for Cornelia who was named after her mother.
Albertina was listed in the 1900 census in Irvington, Marion County, Indiana, with her husband, Jacob D. Forrest. He was 33. She was 28. They had been married for seven years but had no children. They were both indicated in the census as being teachers. They were professors at Butler College [now University].
Albertina died while she and Jacob were vacationing in Florida. He was completely brokenhearted when she died. It is absolutely telling in the monument he had prepared for the love of his life.
