Born in Rohleder (Raskaty) Russia to Andreas Weber (1790-1841) and Katharine Unknown (1788-bef 1850). He and his family moved to Liebental, Russia in 1860. He was a cousin to Franz Weber.

Immigrated to the US on the SS Ohio arriving Baltimore, MD on 23 Nov 1875. Passenger List:
Andrews Weber, m , 43 [Andrew Sr]
Catharina Weber, f, 44
Elisabeth Weber, f, 19
Franz Weber, m, 16
Anna Weber, f, 4
Therese Weber, f, 1 [daughter of Andrew Jr]
Andrews Weber, m, 20 ; Andrew Weber Jr
Elisabeth Weber, f, 22 ; Elizabeth Biel
Ignatz Weber, m, 1 [son of Andrew Sr]

The one year old infants on this list are in the wrong order. Ignatz was actually the son of Andrew Weber, Sr and Theresa was the daughter of Andrew Weber, Jr. She was born 9 Oct 1874 in Liebental, Russia and died some time before the 1880 US census. Her burial location is unknown.

Andrew Weber's wife, Katarin Doppler was listed on Find A Grave as having died on 8 Apr 1893 [now corrected]. Her gravestone is unreadable and this date was probably taken from a St. Joseph parish church history book. However, it is more likely she died in 1886 or 1887. Andrew Weber married Katharena Spies nee Braun on 17 Aug 1889 and it is unlikely this would have occurred if his first wife was still alive. Moreover, Katarin Doppler's gravestone is adjacent to that of Peter Lutters, who died on 20 Dec 1886. In the early years of the cemetery there were no family plots and parishioners were buried in the order in which they died, perhaps leaving spaces for the surviving spouse.

The St. Joseph parish church history book mentions another wife of Andrew Weber, Sr as follows:

"Andrew Weber, Sr was also married to Elizabeth Butler and his third marriage was to Catherine Spies (c. 1830). All of the above children were by his first wife. There were two children, Alex and Catherine, who were either the children of Elizabeth Butler by a previous marriage or were the children of Andrew Weber, Sr and Elizabeth Butler."

So the second marriage had to have occurred in the 1887 to 1888 time frame but there are no other records to confirm it. The 1895 Kansas census shows Andrew Weber married to his third wife and includes son Ignatius from his first marriage and Anna Catharina Spies from wife's first marriage.
