For the 1871 census, the entire 10-person family was enumerated in Centreville. For the 1881 census, Cassie Mosher is living in the household of her older sister Jane Mosher Corey with her older brother John Mosher.

Catherine immigrated to the US sometime between 1887 and 1890. She married B. Frank Quimby in 1898 in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and they had 2 children. On their marriage record, Catherine's occupation is listed as seamstress.
