Juanita Wigington Cook, age 79 of Woodstock, passed away December 11, 2018. Funeral services were held at Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church with Rev. Kirk Bozeman officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.

Juanita was a member of Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church. She was a Sunday School Teacher, choir member, homemaker, bus driver, wallpaper hanger and above all a witness for Christ. Juanita loved teaching her kids and grandkids how to cook, fish, garden and love. She always enjoyed gardening and could grow anything. She also loved canning, putting up food and playing the piano. Juanita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years A. Dan Cook; survivors include her sons Kem (Tammy) Cook, Steve (Kendra) Cook and Jeff (Danielle) Cook; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
