Edith married her second husband Marion Daniel Simpson in Nov 1941 at the home of Marion's parents on Pueblo Street in Reno. There were no children of this marriage. Marion was in a motorcycle accident shortly after high school, was paralyzed, and spent the rest of his life in a wheelchair. Edith was his nurse before they married.
