Survivors are his wife of 68 years, Janie Hoepken of Moulton; daughter, Kathleen Nagelmueller of Schertz; sons, Nathan Hoepken and wife Lisa of Marquez and Rodney Hoepken and wife Cindy of Bulverde; 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 7 step-great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Hester of Yorktown.
Preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, William Nagelmueller; grandson, Chad Nagelmueller; sister, Velma Leubert and two brothers-in-law.
