Very little is known of the family of William W. Wilson, Mary Rosalee Payne, and William Virgil Wilson. The primary records are 4 census records and a marriage record.
Rosalee and Wm. W. Wilson had been married 5 years when the 1900 census was enumerated. Rosalee, Wm. W., and Virgil (born 1893) were living together in 1900. For the 1910 census, Rosalee and Virgil are living together, separated by one farm from Wm. W. For the 1920 census, Rosalee and William W. are no longer listed, so they probably died in Union County between 1910 and 1920. Rosalee is listed as having 1 child 1 living in 1900 and 2 children 1 living in 1910.
There is some suggestion that Wm. W. died and Rosalee remarried a Bryson and died in 1945. Note that the Roslee Bryson who died in 1945 is buried in the same cemetery as the parents (Thomas and Elizabeth Payne), but no 1910 or later Georgia marriage record has been located for a Wilson or a Payne to a Bryson.
