Daughter of Hobart and Mary Lou Sears. She graduated from Canton High School in 1949 and married her childhood sweetheart, "Bill." She was a CB radio enthusiast with the handle "Mother Nature." She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William H Cook; and brother, Ronald T Sears. Surviving are her son, Billy Cook, Jr. and his wife, Dee of Jasper, GA; daughters Luann Pezet and her husband, Dan of Dade City, FL, and Kay Chenoweth and her husband Mark of Jasper, GA; seven grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
