Born in Warwick Aug. 17, 1911, she was a daughter of the late Alvah and Anna O'Dell Decker.
A longtime Port Jervis resident, she was employed by Kolmar Industries of Port Jervis. She attended Drew Methodist Church.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Freda Babcock of Seffner, Fla.; a brother, Alfred Decker of Port Jervis; three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
The Rev. Frank Shannon will conduct services.
Cremation will be in Rosedale Crematory, Orange, N.J.
