Hannah (Parke) Gore was the daughter of Thomas and Hannah (Witter) Parke. She was the wife of Capt. Obadiah Gore. They were married Plainfield, Windham Co., Connecticut November 4, 1742. Obadiah died January 10, 1779. Three of her sons and two sons-in-law were slain by Indians during the Wyoming Massacre on July 3, 1778.
