COURIER JOURNAL OBITUARY – 06/12/1934
Mrs. Caroline E. Perkins, 85 years old, widow of James Perkins, died at 3:40 o'clock Monday morning at her residence, 213 Bayly Avenue. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. J. J. Repetto, Mrs. Alice Walker and Mrs. William Pyles, West Bourne, Tenn.; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Huskins, New River, Tenn.; fourteen grandchildren: twenty-six great-grandchildren, and two- great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at her residence and at 9 o'clock at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.
