Florence Davidson, 81, died early Sunday morning at the Helena Nursing Home, following an extended illness. She had made her home with her daughter at 440 Monroe.

She was born 25 Feb 1893 in Grundy Co, MO to the late Mr and Mrs Thomas M Thompson. She attended school therre and came to Choteau in 1911 with her sister. Mrs Davidson married Arthur Davidson in 1916 in Great Falls. They farmed near Choteau until 1952 when they moved to Helena. later they moved to Livingston.

Preceding her in death was her husband in Oct of 1969. Mrs Davidson was a member of the LDS Church in Kalispell. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Arthur (Alice) Diette, Helena; three sons, Harry W, Klamath, CA; John L, Boise ID; and D William, Kalispell; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held tonight from 6-9 pm in Hagler Chapel. The body will be taken to Livingston for funeral services, Wednesday, 1:30 pm from Franzen Funeral Home. Burial will be in Park View Cemetery, Livingston.

Pallbearers will be Roger Hanson, Ray Davidson, Bob Davidson, Emil Depner, Gordon N McOmber and LaVar McOmber.
