Clara Barbara Dothage, 74, Warrenton, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at St. John's Mercy Hospital, Washington. Mrs. Dothage was born June 8, 1929, in Jonesburg, the daughter of Joseph E. Diekmann and wife Ida Belle, nee Lowry. She was a homemaker. She also was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Warrenton. Mrs. Dothage was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Joseph Lowry Diekmann; and two sisters, Hetty Mary McClintic and Ida Belle Tipp. She is survived by her husband, Burton Dothage, Warrenton; one son, Robert Gene Dothage and wife Kathy, Freeburg; two daughters, Carol Sue LeGrand and husband John and Sharon Kay Polston; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 28, at Pitman Chapel, Warrenton, with Rev. Fredric Brightman officiating. Interment was in Warrenton Cemetery, Warrenton. Memorials to the American Lung Association or donor's choice in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P. O. Box 126, Warrenton, MO 63383 are preferred.
