Elizabeth Warren was the daughter of Valentine Warren and wife Mary from Hall County, Georgia. Her parents were members of the Yellow Creek Baptist Church, her father joined in 1825. Elizabeth was one of nine children born to this marriage: Ann, Mary, Elizabeth, Jane, William, Sarah, Frances, Valentine, Thornton and Posey Warren. Sister Ann Warren married George Barnwell in Hall County, GA June 24 1819. She was buried in Yellow Creek Cemetery. Sister Mary Warren married Mark Castlebury Nov 12, 1820 and moved to Dade County, GA. Elizabeth Warren married the Reverend John E. Rives in 1824.
