Mrs. Brunner came to Windsor as a child. Her parents farmed in the Windsor area where she was raised. After their marriage, she and her husband farmed on what is now the Stoney Brook area on 35th Avenue. They moved to the Farmer's Spur area northwest of Greeley in 1941 and farmed there for 38 years. They moved to Greeley in 1976, and Mrs. Brunner has lived here since. A member of St. John's United church of Christ, she also was a member of the church's Women's Guild.
Survivors are a daughter; a son; a daughter-in-law; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and a step-great-great-granddaughter.
A son, Bob Brunner; a granddaughter, Kathy Jo Brunner; a sister and four brothers are deceased. She was the last of her family.
