Ted B. Seibert, 69, of Mt. Carmel passed away on Monday, April 11, 2011 at his residence.
He was born on March 4, 1942 in Mt. Carmel, the son of Clarence and Mary Oda (Choatie) Seibert. He married Margaret Wellerman on September 20, 1961, they would have celebrated 50 years in September, and she survives.
Ted was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He worked for Snap-On Tools for 35 years and was working at North Intermediate Center of Education
He is survived by his wife, Margaret; sons, Tim Seibert of St. Simon's Island, GA, Chris Seibert of Centralia, IL, Mike Seibert and wife Becky of Mt. Carmel and Jason Seibert of Mt. Carmel; grandchildren, Trent Seibert, Emily Seibert, Lindsey and Alicia Seibert and Andrea Seibert; three great-grandchildren, Drayke Wayne Washington Seibert, Bryleigh Byrns, and Kreg Lofton; and siblings, Louis Sharp of Lovington, NM and Joeann Dardeen of Mt. Carmel.
Preceding him in death were his parents and siblings, Billy D. Sharp, William J. Sharp, Oscar D. Sharp, Gene H. Sharp and Earnest Jr. Sharp.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. A gathering of family and friends will be held after the service in St. Mary's Gathering Room. The burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery at a later date.
