That is the only reference to "Harper" being part of his given name (it was the maiden name of his mother, however). Husband of Janet Ann Macindoe (sic. a/k/a MacIndoe; a/k/a Janette Macindoe; a/k/a Jennie McIndoe)) Foote. Believed to have been married on Sept. 5, 1894, but needs verification.

His obituary (shown on this memorial) indicates that his wife and two children survived him. The names, genders, and dates of those children are not disclosed in either the obituary or other cemetery listings.
