Of the Bon Aqua Community, died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Wortham was a vital part of the Nashville Music community during the 1930s, 40s, 50s, and 60s and was known as a musician, producer and engineer.

Mr. Wortham was preceded in death by parents William Calvin Wortham and Sarah Elizabeth Parrish Wortham, two brothers, Thomas Jefferson and Forest Lee Wortham, one sister Rubye Alvadore Wortham Oldham Drake.

He is survived by two son's, William 'Billy' (Frances) Wortham of Dunlap, TN, Tommy Wortham of Bon Aqua, TN and one daughter Tina (Philip) Williams of White Bluff, TN, five grandchildren, six step-children; thirteen step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren and many niece's an nephew's.

Funeral arrangements provided by McDonald Funeral Home.
