Traded to the Brooklyn Dodgers, he pitched for them from 1918 to 1923. He helped them to the 1920 World Series, where the Dodgers lost to the Cleveland Indians 5 Games to 3. He pitched in relief on Games 2, 4 and 7. He went 12 and 8 in 1920, which was his best as a Dodger. In 1924 he joined the New York Yankees, pitching in 14 games before retiring. His career totals are 76 Wins-67 Losses, 10 saves, 625 strikeouts and a 2.90 ERA.
