For nine seasons, he played over 100 games at all four infield positions for the Chicago White Sox 1910 to 1912, New York Yankees in 1913, Chicago Chi-Feds in 1914, Chicago Whales in 1915, and the Chicago Cubs from 1916 to 1918. A fast player, he ended his career with 224 stolen bases, 769 hits, 393 runs scored, 5 homeruns, 253 batted in and a .240 batting average. He died at age 83 in Auburn, Indiana.
