KINGMAN, AZ — Bette Anne Baldwin, 76, died Friday, May 18, 2012, in Kingman, AZ.

Mrs. Baldwin was born on April 19, 1936, in Kingman.

She is survived by her son, S. Scott Baldwin, Maitland; daughter, Tjiske Brendan Skankey, Kingman; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers Ted Braffet, Victoria, British Columbia, and Jimmy Braffet, Pittsburgh, PA; sisters Chris Rubio, Kingman, Peggy Duey, Kingman, and Nancy Hawkins, Vancouver, WA.

A visitation will be held at the Purcell Funeral Home Chapel, Bushnell, on Monday, June 4, 2012, from 10 to 11 a.m. Services will follow at 11 a.m.

Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.

Arrangements entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home, Bushnell.

Bette Anne Braffet Baldwin of Kingman, AZ died after complications from a stroke. Bette was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Donald M Baldwin. Surviving are children, S Scott (Faith) Baldwin and Tjiske Baldwin (Robert) Skankey; grandchildren, Tara Candlelore, Erica Cutts, Kyle Baldwin, Robert, Bryce, Kirstin and Sam Skankey; great-grandchildren; Kylie, Garrett and Austin; family members, Peggy Johnson (George), Robert Baldwin, Jerry Baldwin (Kathy), James Douglas Baldwin (Nancy) and Brenda Goldman. Bette was preceded in death by Mary Lou and Casey Braffet, Jennie and Albert Baldwin, Cathy Baldwin and Len Goldman. Bette was a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Services will take place at Purcell Funeral Home in Bushnell, FL on June 4, 2012 with burial following. Published in the Orlando Sentinel on May 27, 2012.
