Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Fossett funeral home chapel, Dr. Robert J. Smith officiating for Eliza Went, 421 South Tyler, who died at their home at 6:15 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in the Enid cemetery.

Mrs. Went, 77, was born in Nebraska in 1876 and came with her family 49 years ago to a farm nine miles west of Enid. She and her husband farmed this land until 25 years ago (c 1929) when they moved to their home in Enid. Her husband died seven years ago.

Although Mrs. Went had been in ill health for several months her death this morning was very sudden and unexpected, the result of a heart attack. She was a member of the Lutheran church.

Survivors are two sons, Walter Went, farm west of Enid, and Klem Went, Perry; four daughters, Miss Hattie Went, Enid; Mrs. Frank Vogt, Enid; Mrs. Lydia Went, Los Angeles, and Mrs. Dale Hellwege, Cushing; three brothers, Louis Schlosser, Enid; Ben Schlosser, Perry, Adolph Schlosser, Lincoln, Neb.; two sisters, Mrs. Alma Johannes, Perry, and Mrs. Gus Brunken, Lincoln, Neb.; 14 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
