Mrs. Florence Gondek
Coalport-Mrs. Florence Gondek,70, of Coalport died yesterday at 10:30 am in the Altoona Hospital. Mrs. Gondek was born in Poland on May 30,1890. Her husband, Andrew preceded her in death. Mrs. Gondek leaves four sons and three daughters. Jacob Gunia and Anthony Gunia of Buffalo,NY;Stanley Gondek,Coalport;George Gondek,Ohio;Mrs. Stella Paule and Mrs. Nellie Shomo,Detroit MI;and Mrs. Florence Peacock,Coalport. Two sisters Mrs. Josephine Wojcik of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Peter Cichon of Chicago also survive. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Thursday from St. Basil's Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. William Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetary. Friends may call at the George R. Bell Funeral Home after 7pm tonight. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home tomorrow at 7:30pm.
