MRS. P. M. WHITE
PASSES; BURIAL
ON WEDNESDAY
Remains Brought Here
for Interment at
Evergreens
Mrs. Emma F. White, widow of the late P. M. White, answered the final summons at her home at Milwaukee Sunday afternoon at 2:20 o'clock. She was stricken with a heart attack. Her death followed that of her husband just a little over two months. Mr. White passed away May 2. Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Weiss Funeral home at Milwaukee with the Rev. Dr. Cannon officiating and the remains were brought to Algoma with services at the Methodist church in this city.
Mrs. P. M. White, nee Emma Overbeck, daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. Henry Overbeck, was born in 1858 at Lake Mills. When she was a girl of 12 years of age the family moved to Algoma. She later entered the teaching profession and taught school at Algoma until the time she was married to Mr. White.
