Sarah Alice "Sally" Vann, 85, a lifelong resident of Huntsville's Hobbs Island community, passed away Friday. Sally was a longtime member of Faith Presbyterian Church and of the Friends of the Library. Survivors include her brother, Wheeler Vann and wife Ursula; sister, Joyce Robinson and husband charles; sister-in-law, Marie Vann; brother-in-law, William A. Ferguson; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Faith Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
