LUGAR, Norman Owen, Jr.,age 75, a resident of Hartland, passed away in the care of his family November 18, 2012.
In addition to Mary, his beloved wife of nearly 50 years, Norman is survived by his daughter Kristin Lugar, granddaughter Brianna, niece Kana (Dave) Ristow, also extended family and a host of dear friends.
