PLEASE NOTE IN THE DEATH INDEX BELOW THAT PARENTS ARE MICHAEL AND ELSIA, NOT JOHANN GEORG AND ELISABETH
Johann Georg and Elizabeth Barbara Gugel did have a son by the name of Johann Michael but he was not born until 1849 and is seen on the ship arrival passenger immigration list at age 10 with his parents (Georg and Elisabeth) in 1859. The son of Georg and Elisabeth Barbara Satzinger Gugel is the one who married Kunigunda Weiss in 1873 in Germany. A source of confusion, however, is that both of the above mentioned Johann Michaels arrived in America prior to this 1873 marriage in Germany.
