Patsy Lou Oliver Kroll, 79, of Robinson, passed away Thursday Dec. 6, 2012, with her family at her side. Services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 12, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, with Ernie Christie and Alan Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Patsy was born in Speegleville, Texas, to the late Robert Lester and Willie Wray Ferguson Oliver. She attended Speegleville schools through 10th grade, moving to Midway High School, and graduating in 1950 as Salutatorian. She worked for Jean's Hosiery during the 1953 tornado, Owens-Illinois Glass Plant, International Paper, until its closing, and Cox's Department Store for 20 years, retiring when it closed. Patsy was one of the group leaders for "Jewels and Gems" for widows and widowers from Robinson Church of Christ, also being a charter member there until 1995. She presently was a member of Lake Shore Church of Christ since 1995.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Clayton Oliver and wife, Merla Gene, David Oliver, infant Howard Donald Oliver, and Roger Oliver; sisters, Louise Ledbetter and husband, Dick, and Gladys Harris and husband, Alfred; infant grandson, James Paul McGinty; and sisters-in-law, Betty Lou Oliver and Rosemary Oliver.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Eugene Kroll; daughters, Lisa McGinty and husband, Don, Denise Crowder, and De Anna Baumgartner; sons, Rick Kroll and wife, Dee, and Cliff Kroll and wife, Vickie; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara York and husband, Woodrow, and Betty F. Oliver; and lots of beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
