Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Adams Masonic Temple with the Rev. J. P. O'Neill officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Repose Cemetery.
A retired engineer for the Chicago & North Western railroad, Mr. Winker was born at Weyauwega on Jan. 3, 1889 to John Jr & Laura (Meek) Winker. He married Dora Fisher in 1933.
Mr Winker was preceded in death by his first wife, Mabel (Gunderson) Winker, (b. 4/8/1891 d. 6/16/1932).
Mr Winker is survived by his wife Dora; a son, Robert, Madison; two brothers, Leonard, Milwaukee, and Don, Wisconsin Rapids; and four sisters, Mrs. Mabel Kuttela, Nekoosa; Mrs. Ruth Denny, Minnesota; Mrs. Ann Jacobs, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Wilma Allen, Milwaukee.
