Funeral Rites For Katherine Faust Held December 24

Requiem mass for Mrs. Katherine Faust, 73, was held Thursday, Dec. 24, at 11 o'clock at St. Ann's Catholic Church. The Rev. Fr. Ladislaus Dudek officiated.

Pallbearers were William Baker, William, Gasper, John Mullaney, C.J. Kluthe, John Schaefers and Herman Oligmueller.

Katherine Selting was born September 6, 1891, in Remsen, Iowa. She was married October 15, 1912 to Joseph Faust in Raeville, Nebr. They were the parents of three sons and six daughters. The family moved to the Polo area in 1934 living there until 1942 when they moved to a farm east of Miller. She moved to Miller in 1948 where she remained until the time of her death.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1948 and a son, Florlian, in 1958.
