SAUK CITY/MAZOMANIE — Mrs. Jerry (Sharon) Booth, age 34, of Mazomanie died on Sunday, July 16, 1978 from injuries received in an automobile accident.
The former Sharon Frosch, was born on August 15, 1943. She was united in marriage to Jerry Booth on October 27, 1962 and lived all her lite in the Sauk-Prairie and Mazomanie areas. Mrs. Booth was an active member in the Sauk-Prairie Bow Hunters Club.
Survivors include her husband Jerry; sons, Daniel, Michael, Jerry Jr. and Bradly, all at home; daughter Carrie Ann at home; her mother, Mrs. Alma Frosch of Sauk City; brothers, Tom Frosch of Lodi, Richard Frosch of Waunakee, Harold Frosch, Jr. and Terry Frosch both of Sauk City; sisters, Mrs. Ed (Charlene) Blum of Rockford, IL, Mrs. Walter (Judy) Peetz of Merrimac, Mrs. LaVerne (Bonnie) Rieble ot Roxbury, Mrs. Orville (Barbara) Wright of Pearl Harbor, Honolulu and Mrs. Ron (Sandra) Warlzok of Prairie du Sac.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19 at 10 a.m. at the GNEWIKOW-SCHWOEGLER-ZIMMER MANN FUNERAL HOME at at 10:30 a.m. at ST. ALOYSIUS CATHOLIC CHURCH in Sauk-City.
