Judith J. Roessner,78, of Indianapolis, passed away January 15, 2013. She was born January 20, 1934, in Hume, IL, to the late Guy Victor and Florence E. Weltmer Grover. Judy was a graduate of Young America High School. She married John Roessner, and he preceded her in death. She was employed for 10 years as a driver examiner for the State of Indiana Department of Motor Vehicles. Judy was a member of Ladies of the Moose Lodge #17. Visitation will be Sunday, January 20, 2013, from 12 noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St. Judy is survived by her sons, Russell L. and Edward A. Meehan; grandchildren, Allen Meehan, Niki Johnson (Travis), Nina Reid (Dennis) and Derek Meehan; one great-granddaughter; sister, Jenny Cridlin (Nick); and brother, James Grover. Three sisters, Joyce Rooze, Joan McKillen and Juanita Johnson, preceded her in death.
