Lucindia Marshall died on May 11,1902 at 3pm. She was born in Adams Co., OH., on April 3, 1847-the daughter of Narcissa Throckmorton and Joshua Marshall.She married Zachariah Miles, May 1, 1866 at Portsmouth, OH, removed with her
husband to Iroquois Co., in 1875 and to Sheldon in 1877 where she has since
resided. In 1885 she united with the U. B. church of this place and for several
years was a regular attendant at services until ill health prevented. She died
expressing a hope of a better life beyond. She leaves to mourn her departure,
two brothers and two children, Myer and Viola. Funeral services were conducted
at the U. B. church by Rev. Elder on Monday afternoon at two o'clock.
Internment at Sheldon cemetery.
