Age 92, of Janesville, died at Rock Haven Nursing Home on Friday. She was born in Ithaca, WI, the daughter of John C. and Hazel A. (Schoonover) Lasse. She graduated from Janesville High School in the class of 1938. Her employment included the Rock County Veterans Office, Parker Pen and 20 years with the Milton Savings & Loan, where she retired in 1983. They spent the next 14 years in Eustis, FL, before moving back to Wisconsin. Rose was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Milton, serving as President of the Sodality of St. Mary; was a member of Milton Junior Woman's Club serving as President; was a member of the Gathering Place as a volunteer receptionist and the president of the Senior Advisory Council. For many years, she was a member and leader in the Rock 4-H Club. Also, she was an active member of Chapter AY P.E.O. She was preceded in death by her parents, John C. and Hazel A. Lasse; sister, Anna K. Scott; and brother, John F. Lasse.
