FREDONIA — Delores Ann Moody, 74, of Fredonia, a longtime Erie resident, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, in Fredonia.

She was born on July 26, 1938, in Odense to Loren Cecil and Roberta Pearl (Mintz) Trammell.

In January 1955, she married John Ivan Handrich. They later divorced.

On July 1, 1966, in Erie, she married Donald Eugene Moody. Together they owned and operated their family farm for more than 30 years. He preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 2003.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Marie Mercer of Independence and Donna Boss of Fredonia; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathryn Diane Cheney; a granddaughter, Gina Rene Byrd; and a brother, Neil Clinton Trammell.

The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Timmons Funeral Home, Fredonia.
