Mr. Glasner was employed as a heavy equipment mechanic at Arnold Air Force Base for many years before retirement. He is a member of the Estill Springs Baptist Church.
Mr. Glasner was preceded in death by his grandson, Chad Glasner.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Marie Glasner of Estill Springs, Sons; Larry (Amy) Glasner,
D.D.S. of Morganton, NC, Dr. Duwayne (Becky) Glasner of Mancheser, TN. Grandson, Jordan (Lily) Glasner of Wilmington, NC. Granddaughters; Dr. Cortney (Dusty) Andersonbof Knoxville, TN. Carigan Glasner of Manchester, TN, Lily Marie Glasner of Morganton, NC.
Services for Mr. Glasner are scheduled for 1:00 PM Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009 in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Jim Patton, officiating. Pallbearers are; John Cunningham, Randy Stephens, Bill Roth, Tom Burns, Jack Bise and Roger Stiles.
Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester, TN.
