Harry Charles Shuhart, age 60 years, of Pitman, N.J., died June 19 at Kennedy Memorial Hosp. in Washington Township, N.J.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa., he had lived most of his life in Pitman and was a graduate of Pitman High School in 1964. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Navy from 1964 to 1970. He was a graduate of Glassboro State College in 1977 with a degree in Business Administration and attended Drexel University. He was employed by General Chemical Co. in Delaware for 23 years, and Air Liquide for one year. He was an avid gardener and reader.
Survived by his wife of 33 years, Daria (nee Matkowsky), sons, Adam at home, and Toma serving in the U.S. Marines, sisters Pat Moore of Williamstown, Nancy Atkinson of Worton, Md., Charlotte Erhart of Elkhorn, Ky., Judi Campbell of Glassboro, brothers Robert Shuhart of Deptford, and Mark Shuhart of Port Elizabeth, N.J. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Family and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday from 6:30PM to 7:30 p.m. in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, N.J. Funeral Service at 7:30 p.m.
