Retired from the VA Medical Center after 36 years.
Preceded in death by parents, George and Katherine; sister, Bernice; and brother, Gorden.
Survived by wife, Freida; children, David (Marcia), Jan (Ken), Annella (Ron), Ellen (Al), and Vern; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Roceil, Beatrice, and Joe.
Memorial Mass 10 AM Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 with gathering one hour prior at the Church of St. Helena, 3204 E. 43rd St., Mpls.
Interment Fort Snelling.
