Carol M. Schmidt, 64, passed away peacefully Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013. Service: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, Colleyville. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, Colleyville. Carol was born May 5, 1948, in Ionia, Mich. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Schmidt. Survivors: Brother, William Dreger and wife, Lynn, of Frisco; stepson, Andy Schmidt and wife, Charity, of Keller; niece, Kelly Barina; nephew, Todd Dreger; two grandchildren; two great-nieces; three great-nephews; and many other dear family and friends.
