Pamela Ann Osterbur, 56, of rural Thomasboro passed away at 5:05 a.m. Tuesday (Feb. 12, 2013) at her residence.
He was born Dec. 18, 1956 in Urbana, a daughter of Buddy G. and Shirley Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Kenneth Moore. She married Stephen M. Osterbur on Jan. 21, 2008. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Chad Bogan and Christopher Miller; three stepchildren, Brad Osterbur, Nick Osterbur and Courtney Osterbur; seven grandchildren and three brothers, Steve Moore, Thomas Moore and Robert Miller.
