Betty Ann Sulla, 80, of Minnesota City, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at her home.

Betty was born Feb. 25, 1932, in Winona, to John and Katherine Sandstede. On Aug. 16, 1952, she was united in marriage with Emil H. Sulla at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Winona.She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Minnesota City, and had been employed by J.R. Watkins, General Mills and Wincraft for many years.

Some activities Betty enjoyed included reading, BINGO and playing cards with family and friends.

Betty is survived by her husband, Emil Sulla; children, Jeff (Paula) Sulla, Mike (Stephanie) Sulla, and Jane (Woody) Sinkko; grandchildren, Erin, Peter, Cassandra, Trisha, and Lindsey; great-grandson, Caleb; sisters, Lorraine Gustafson, and Katherine Cutinella; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, John, and George; and sisters, Esther, Helen, and Alice.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Minnesota City.The Rev. William Kulas will officiate.Betty will be laid to rest in St. Paul's Catholic Church Cemetery, Minnesota City.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home. There will not be any visitation held on Saturday – please meet at the church for Mass.

The family respectfully requests memorials, which will be donated to Betty's favorite charities.
