Harley K. Kreutner

Funeral services for Harley K. Kreutner, 22, St. Peter, Minn. were held May 24 from St. Petri Lutheran Church, Story City with the Rev. Rhuben O. Aga officiating. Burial was in Story City Municipal Cemetery.

Mr. Kreutner was severely injured in an automobile accident in St. Peter, Minn. and died May 29 at St. Mary's Hospital at Rochester, Minn. from the injuries he sustained.

Harley Keith Kreutner was born in Ames. He was baptized and confirmed in St. Petri Lutheran Church. He grew up in Story City and graduated from South Hamilton High School. He attended Ellsworth Junior College at Iowa Falls for two years.

He was married to Virginia Newton Feb. 1, 1969. The couple lived at St. Peter, Minn. were he was employed as a salesman for the Standard Lumber Co.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia; a son, Dustin Michael; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Kreutner; a sister, Mrs. Karen Vincent, Nevada; and a brother, David Kreutner, who is a student at Mankato State College in Mankato, Minn.; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kreutner and Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Molde, all of Story City.

Pallbearers were Les Freeman, Bill Hohenstein, Bruce Thompson, Jeff Ahrends, Craig Ford and Duane DeBlieke.
