PEORIA -- Margaret Wilhelmina Lutz, 86, formerly of Peoria, died at 4:17 a.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 1996, at Parkhill Medical Complex in Chillicothe, where she had been a resident for the past eight years.

Born June 30, 1909, in Castleton to Seibelt B. and Margaret Conrad Cornelius, she married Walter W. Lutz on May 6, 1939, in Keokuk, Iowa. He died Aug. 25, 1976, in Peoria. She also was preceded in death by four brothers.

Surviving are eight nephews and nieces, including Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Aldridge of Peoria.

She worked for Caterpillar Inc., was a nurse's aide for Dr. Ruble's office, and later was an Amway distributor.

A member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, she served on the first committee for the building fund of Lutheran Home and also served on the building fund for Dunlap Lutheran Church.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Cumerford- Endsley Memorial Home, where visitation will be one hour before services. The Rev. Ron Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
