Glenn was born in Dixon, Illinois, to the late Glenn and Violet Bock. He married Emmy Mayer in Germany in 1961 while he was serving in the U.S. Army. One of Glenn's favorite things to do was bowling, he and his wife bowled for over 40 years.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Donald Bock and Robert Bock; and sister, Laura Bock.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Emmy; sons, David Bock and wife, Mary, of Danbury, TX, and Michael Bock, of Copperas Cove; daughter, Carmen Bock, of Copperas Cove; grandchildren, Jennifer Askew, Jeanette Olalde, Marie Olalde, Crystal Olalde, Cristina Olalde, Lucy Olalde, and Britany Bock, Raul Olalde, Anthony Bock, Michael Bock and Timothy Bock; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Merle Bock, of Rockford, IL.; sisters-in-law, Linda Bock and Janet Bock; other relatives and many friends.
