Preceded in death by her sister Adeline Brunner. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday April 1 at Christ King Parish 2604 N. Swan Blvd. from 10:00AM until time of Funeral Mass at 12:00noon. Interment Evergreen Cemetery - Wausaukee, WI.
Rita was a high school and college home economics and sewing teacher for over 40 years in Wausaukee, Lena and Milwaukee finishing her career as an administrator at Milwaukee Area Technical College. She grew up in Custer, WI and was a 1948 graduate of UW-Stevens Point. Rita was a member of Christ King Parish for over 50 years and loved cooking, sewing and gardening.
