Larry Allen Lundgren, 70, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013, at his home in Azle. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Thursday in Jaybird Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Larry served his country honorably for three years during the Vietnam War era in the United States Army. He was a master electronic technician for 28 years with RCA and GE. "PePaw" was an avid fisherman and enjoyed sharing his lake house with his family and friends. He could find humor in anything. Larry could fix or repair anything. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Ailene Lundgren; and brother, Jerry Lundgren. Survivors: Wife, Jean Lundgren; children, Allen Lundgren and wife, Pat, of Brownwood, Diane Lundgren of Azle and Gary Lundgren and wife, Jolene, of Azle; grandchildren, Melanie, Heather, Hollie, Morgan and Logan; great-grandchild, Gabe; sister, Theresa Stewart; and his special granddogs.
