Chaffee - Marvin Z. Eichhorn, 81, of Chaffee died July 20, 2000, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Oct. 28, 1918, at Oran, son of Edward and Nora Dannenmueller Eichhorn. He and Lois Amos were married July 20, 1940.
Eichhorn was a retired, self-employed carpenter. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, St. Ambrose Men's Club and Oran Knights of Columbus Council 4311.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Deanna Peterman, Carol Kelley and Janet Gaddis; a brother, Ervin Eichhorn; two sisters, Rose Tally and Coena Uhrhan; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, four brothers and a sister.
Funeral Mass will be held Monday at St. Ambrose Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
