Darlington- Mrs. Anna Rogers, 64, Darlington, died Wednesday in a Darlington hospital after a long illness. She was the former Anna Koehne and was born in Colesburg, Iowa. She made her home in Darlington for the past 20 years. Her husband, Ernest died six years ago.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Herbert Mileston and Mrs. Earl Leahy, Monroe, Mrs. Merlin Kundert, Rockford, Ill., Mrs. Melvin LaDow, Darlington, and June, at home; eight sons, Dale and Clyde, San Francisco, Calif., Bert, Topeka, Kas., Jerry, Lawrence, Robert, Emmett and Donald, all of Darlington; a brother, Frank Koehne, Earlville, Ia., and a sister, Mrs. James Smock, Earlville, Ia. The body was taken to the Sharer funeral home.
